Towards an Educated Site

It’s a normal practice for SE’s Spiders to crawl your site on a regular basic. Spiders have their own preferences in terms of what they like and what they don’t! Let’s just give it quick run and note a few points that are considered good to be present in your sites source code:

• Meta Template: Now that Meta template has almost acquired status of a triviality, it still holds umpteen importance with respect to Title, Description and Category tags etc. In other words, Meta template improves the communication between site and SE. In the nut shell, gives your site an Educated look.
  
• H1 Tag: Now some of us might think that php, asp, or other super advanced scripts that offers dynamic looks and functionality to a site, are the way to future. But SE’s bots lay some attention to statis Html tags like the H-Tags.


• Content: I know, I know, fresh “Content” is never out of fashion for SE’s. There’s nothing new about it. Still, a point not to be missed!!!! Put enough content in your site that this equation is not flayed:
  ..and thats the least!!

There are still some points about Anchor tag and Alt tag that are considered good, but we will continue with them in our next post.
